  The manager Katie, had a personality like a rock. Zero help and only "ya,no" responses. I will sever return to this location if she's still here. Yes, I have some words to describe my experience with her but I will keep this as professional as possible

  New Owner = Bad News This store used to be great, but last year the old owner sold, and the new owner isn't good. * higher (and now overpriced) rates * extra fees * billing mistakes * poorly trained staff * email notifications have stopped without notice * poor staff training * poor customer service * won't let you speak to the manager I'm done with this place. It's not worth the hassle. They want your money, but don't want to do anything. This has been going on for a year now. Find another place.
